UpSkill Sprint Consulting ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit a form (topic request, contact form, or newsletter signup), we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, and the content of your message or request.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request, develop future lessons based on submitted topics, and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates. We do not sell your information.

Lesson search analytics

To improve lesson search, we may count repeated sanitized search terms, how many lesson and section matches they returned, the search filters used, and which lesson section was selected. These counts help us find missing topics, weak keywords, and results that need better ranking. Please do not enter personal information in lesson search.

We store daily aggregates, not a log of individual searches. We do not add an account, user, session, cookie, IP address, device, browser, or referrer identifier to search analytics. Search and reformulation text is validated in memory and converted to a protected keyed hash; it is never stored in readable form in our analytics data. Any readable search term in an offline improvement report comes from a separately reviewed label, not from the stored analytics record. Daily search aggregates are deleted after 90 days.

Lesson search still works when analytics is off. We do not collect search analytics when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Our hosting provider processes the web request needed to deliver the site and analytics endpoint, including request IP and domain for a short-window abuse-prevention rate limit, but those routing identifiers are not copied into our search analytics store.
