Meet the person behind UpSkill Sprint
I’m Ernest Ordu, P.Eng., founder of UpSkill Sprint. I bring more than 10 years of industry experience across engineering, quality, project management, data analysis, and continuous improvement. I’m an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
I started UpSkill Sprint after seeing colleagues face the same challenge: needing to learn a skill quickly but struggling to find clear, practical guidance. The lessons here draw on problems I’ve worked through—turning complex ideas into explanations, examples, and tools you can put to work.
Whether you’re building a new skill, preparing for a certification exam, or tackling a workplace problem, my goal is to help you understand the method and use it with confidence.
